The first step is always an in-depth, analytical assessment of your current situation. History, experience, goals, frustrations, opportunities, obstacles, and talents are just a few of the factors that come into play.

The goal here is to get a clear picture, find root causes, and develop a deep understanding of where you are now and what you want to achieve.

map

The next step is a plan of action. bluvista’s proposed map will include specific steps toward reaching your goals, as well as a proposed timeframe. That said, you are not married to your progress map. If you only need half the proposed time, then bluvista is happy to see you off and running. And if a 6-week engagement opens big doors and leads you to 6 months of further development, there is always room for more steps in the plan.

achieve

This is the phase that really starts moving you forward. bluvista walks you through the specific experiences that help you develop, practice block-and-tackle skills, grow confidence, get the feedback you need from others, build relationships, engage others in your plan, or conquer whatever else has been a roadblock.

review

bluvista makes feedback a constant part of your development, so review is intermingled with every achievement. In addition, a final round of re-evaluation and feedback will wrap up your coaching, consulting, or facilitation engagement. This is about highlighting your progress, making sure you are satisfied with the results of the process, and setting you up for success on your own.
